Anchor Tutu

All aboard! This tutu is loads of fun! It features incredibly soft navy tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by white anchors. A white glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with navy cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.

Care instructions: hand wash and hang dry.
