Candy Cane Cutie Sequin Tutu

What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with a festive tutu! The candy cane cutie sequin tutu features light pink tulle accented by "shed-free" red and white sequin candy canes, red sequin bows and white sequin snowflakes, along with a white glitter elastic waistband. The tulle is incredibly soft and doesn't scratch or itch.  The tutu is lined with light pink cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
