Magical Rainbow Tutu

This tutu is magic! It features incredibly soft pink tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by sequined rainbows.  A white glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with pink cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.

Care instructions: hand wash and hang dry.
