Pumpkin Tutu

This tutu is the perfect accessory for Fall!  It boasts incredibly soft natural color tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished with copper orange sequin pumpkins that don't shed.  A gold glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch.  The tutu is lined with natural colored cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
