Sequin Heart Valentine's Day Tutu

What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than with a heart-covered tutu! This tutu features light pink tulle accented by "shed-free" red and pink sequin hearts, along with a pink glitter elastic waistband. The tulle is incredibly soft and doesn't scratch or itch.  The tutu is lined with light pink cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
