Snow Princess Iridescent Tutu

Your little one will be a snow princess in this tutu! It features light blue tulle accented by "shed-free" multicolor snowflake embellishments and multicolor glitter pin dots and a silver glitter elastic waistband. The tulle is incredibly soft and doesn't scratch or itch.  The tutu is lined with blue cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
